Where can I find a list of what each skills upgrade lvl is and the stats it has. http://www.shimpedia.net was perfect but it does not have the new skills

I'm thinking about planning to move some masteries around, but I can't do it without that

Ice, Light, and Fire? K, I'll pull it from the pk2 files. It'll be a little sloppy.
Edit, Pk2 only shows when you get the next book and how many times the skill upgrades. It doesn't tell you when the skill upgrades. You'll have to rely on Nivlam or MMOsite. They work just as well.

k well i want to know what each upgrade is..

like lv11 is 1345~2057 damage and the upgrade gives it 1540-2287 for example

long time ago i saw a excel sheet that had this entire list all the way up to 100cap
