I'm Still Getting HELP POP UP

i'm still geting the "HELP" / "TIPS" pop up, how do i get rid of it.

i tried going to Jang and talking to general that didn't work either.

I did the euro tut on my new char, but I still get it too so meh...

What do you mean about the help pop-ups. I didn't noticed that, or maybe I just didn't know their pop-up. Where do you usually see them?

New chars get it mahumps...Help/academy and all those windows pop up when you log in and when you tp. you'll also get the info about movement as soon as you walk after the tp/log in. Someone said you could fix that by doing the tut, but well...It didn't work for me.

After level 40 I'm pretty sure the academy thingie will disappear. But about the movement tips on the other hand. I never had this before.
