Re: what makes immortal go down?
Immortals go down when alchemy fails and it prevents failure from breaking the item.
There is a small chance that an item will break after +5 upon alchemy failure

Re: what makes immortal go down?
I beleive its +4, I have broken a +4 weapon before. =[
My pride and joy CrazySuby is no longer mine. She is and always will belong to Dutchy.
Re: what makes immortal go down?
It prevents weapons on +4 and up from breaking, therefore immortal can only be lost when an item falls between 4-9+. If Immortal was lost that means your item was prevented from breaking.
Maddening

Re: what makes immortal go down?
hm... heh... then i should try for +10?
i bought a +5 weapon with 10 immortal and steady on it, i wasnt sure if i should try for anything more since there isnt astral or lucky on it but if it wont break, i dont have to fear loosing it, at most i'll just havae to start over at +0

Re: what makes immortal go down?
I have like 30 shield elixirs, but I'm too scared to go for a +9 shield. With no immortal, steady, astral, or anything like that, it's bound to waste each and every one of them. (All I have is premium and lucky powders) But I reaaaaally want the shine! that's all I care about. I don't care about the actual stats... I just want the shine!!
