Powerfarming - Gap - Delvling.. how?

Hee, I get be powerfarmed, all ok.
But when I hit lvl 29 I need to be dlvled. So I will be back on lvl 23 again. But then you don't have 9 gap anymore. Or I have to go over the 9 gap?
Does this have any problems for SP/EXP?

farmed at the ongs? u need to be between 20-26 and just hope to god you didnt raise ur mastery lvl whilst you did it as that would just be keeping a gap.
lvl 20 - mastery at lvl 11
lvl 21 - mastery at lvl 11
lvl 22 - mastery at lvl 11
ect ect.
lvl 25 - mastery at lvl 11

keep the mastery there so when u dlvl back to 20 you will have a 9 lvl gap still

Well my friend was plvling me at ongs, so I just left my mastery at 10, and when I get to ~level 27-28 I get my friend to come constantly res me down to level 19... Yeah it takes a few hours but it's worth it. (BTW, best place is Blood Flowers right outside hoten, because at specific spots ressers can't die.)

Bankai
