Chinese char's drag down exp?

Is it true that when euros have 8man party with out chinese players in it they get more exp.

"every euro in a pt gives the pt 10% more exp. every chinese in a pt gives the pt /1 +10% exp.

a share pt with 8 euros is 100% base exp + 10%*8 = 180% exp per kill. this lets you have chars in the pt that dont kill like clerics and bards.

a share pt with 8 chinese is (100% base exp/8) + 10%*8 = 92.5% exp per kill. a chinese share pt starts out at 100% with 1 person, 50%+10% at 2 ppl, gets to its lowest point at 4 people (where a distribute pt is best) and goes back up after 4 to its highest point at 8 people. thing is, even with all 8 people, your still getting less then you would solo in a 4 person pt. (100% + 10*4 = 140% exp)

when in full parties of there kind, both races are even in there exp gain.

generals partys work best with alot of euros mixed in. that way the exp is higher then solo for chinese and euros get a free ride. the high rate of killing makes up for lower exp and the drop rate is better."
