Charging Silk problems

Hey brahs
i have been getting this error when i charge silk
it says page cannot be found
I use a Visa gift card worth $50
i have done this before, and it said the same thing
i tried charging $30 and it worked last time

i was wondering if there is no way to charge $50 at once, because i want the bonus silk too

well if u charged 300 silk last time and u only have $50 on the card, you can only get another 200 silk

this is a brand new card, havnt charged anything on it yet so its $50

I've never used a prepaid card so my questions/ideas might be wrong, but...

Are there any service charges involved? Meaning, though the card has $50 on it, less than that is actually available for use.

Or is there an exchange rate involved? I'm Canadian, and $50 worth of silk costs me slightly over $50 due to exchange rate. Maybe same thing with your card?

Those prepaid cards can never use the full amount. If its $50.00, you cant use the whole $50.00 but you can use $49.99.
