The answer is always no. Bot bans don't make any difference. 2-3 days without server traffic and then the bots are back again, 1000's of them in Jangan, like we've seen before. Some even argue that bot bans have a negative effect.
Besides, after Legend 3, bot programs will have to be updated to be compatible with the version, so you'll probably have 4-5 days with no server traffic anyway.
