Silk Charge??? havent problems

when i try to charge silk with my paypal account (verified).. it comes a message saying .. you cant use credit card during this period.. something like that... im not sure why i get this problem.. cause before ive bought silk with it then suddenly it stopped working and i started getting that message.. i bought 2 premium plus with it then when they ran out i were going to buy 2 more then the message appeared. anyone that can help me?
