Money spent on reset skill

hi , i want to know how the money works with the reset skill potion. For example , if i got lvl 7 Ice river forceskill how much do i need to reset it back to 1 ?

Lol... my lightning lvl was 7 and i did 3 levels down... that was 76 k :banghead: its not cheap :twisted:
