Re: Dancing? O.o
ya it does seem confusing at first but it's really useful.
to use any of the dancing skills, you NEED another bard
the other bard has to be playing one of the tambours (the pleasure line skills i think..) like guard tambour or mana tambour.
then you should be able to activate your dance skill. (magic is favorite btw)

After you managed to do a dance skill, you can perform a tambour after that ^_^

Does it matter? Maxed at 80 it can give you 34% phy or mag (or both with enough bards) damage increase :S

Re: Dancing? O.o
You need to get two bards in your party. And both have to stay bards, if they switch to another classes the dance will disappear. The first bard plays either Hit March, Guard or Mana Tamour, these are the only three that it will work with. Once that is going the 2nd bard then dances. Once the dance is selected the 2nd bard can also select one of the remaining skills to apply as well. Generally in our party the first bard does Hit March and the 2nd bard will then do Dance of Magic and Guard Tambour. Adds up to some nice damage for the wizzies and a nice bonus in damage absorption for everyone.
