I have always wondered what aspect of a weapon will maximize its damage.
so guys, what do you think will give a weapon its fullest potential?
I wont include the crit because magical weapons don't have crit.

Re: Most Important
For wich attack is the question?? nuke or phy attack?
anyway attack rating determines the speed to launch your attack , not involved in the damage ( but well into the damage per second )
reinforcement are kind of a mistery to me ...

That isn't what atk rating does. Atk rating determines how high you hit, ex:
say your atk rating is 2/16 this means on average you will hit the lowest on this weapon (as 2 is the lowest anything can go), now if it were 16/16 this would mean you would hit the highest on this weapon possible due to its range. Atk rating has no relation with the speed factor of DPS only the Damage factor.
Reinforce coupled with Attack determines the damage output, the atk rating determines what range on said output the damage will be.

Don't you misunderstand the attack rating from your weapon with your character's hit-ratio ?
hit ratio >< parry ratio
attack rating = speed
..? or not.
If i m wrong i d like you to tell me where is the "whatever" involved into speed ( for exemple of nuke launching, as you can easily see a difference between some characters)

The hit ratio is atk rating in sro.
Attack Rating (Strikes Tablet): Adds Attack Rating. Attack rating will help you hit closer to your maximum damage. IE. Your physical attack is 200-325, a higher attack rating will help you consistently hit closer to 325.
All nukes take 3 seconds to launch, the different times you see must be delays due to lag. In SRO nothing is involved with speed, there is no way to increase the speed of your atks but they can be slowed down with dull and/or frostbite.
