gp affect the sp u get ?

the question from the title and what's the ration of sp becoming gp ?

no it doesn't affect the sp u get.
and for every 10 sp u gain grinding automatically 10 gp is donated to the guild.

400 skill point exp = 1 sp
1 sp = 1 gp

As Asheru said, your GP will be updated every 10 sp that you gain, or the amount of sp that you gained till you logged off. (So if you gained 7 sp after the last update and you log off, or you get a dc, it will get updated by 7 GP)
