i think the chinese ones look nice. ok not in pvp but they look better then the angel wings in my opinion!

I agree who the hell would want to pay 13$ to play in a wedding dress? They would have to pay me 13$ befor I would get one..

there have been rumors for a long time about a marriage system. Where two people could get married in game it would be announce globaly and they would get special dress's, a last name, and a "baby" that could releive the couple from the city taxes. but who knows really lol

Angel wings are not tradeable. There was a time when item mall items were tradeable, but not anymore.
