transfer of union leadership

is it possible to transfer leadership of union without having to disband the union?

No you must disband it for changing

Agree. You basically have to reform the union, should another guild wants to take over.

In Rome, PiNoY transferred union leadership to Dark_Crusade guild, and that didn't involve any disbanding.

if the lead guild leaves the union I think it still disbands. maybe they had a glitch?
