Two questions: 1) Can i block without a shield? Because i've seen two haneded weapons that have as a blue "Blocking Ratio %30 Increased" or something.
2)Can a nuke be blocked? I think i remember me blocking a nuke but im not sure.

Nukes can be blocked.
Blocking without a shield is impossible 90% of the time. There are skills that cause you to Block when you have a Glaive/Spear, Blade/Sword(Even without Shield) and a 1 Handed Sword(Even without Shield).
Blocking Ratio on weapons reduces how much you will get blocked when you attack someone who can Block.

Fanning Spear and Shield Technique series. Those Blocking ones actually work...
Edit - Shield Technique requires Shield NVM...
