what's this thing , whant it does and what's the value of it ?

They used to summon Bicheon Mercenaries, things that help you when you are jobbing or doing guild wars.
But now they're not for sale in the guild shops anymore, and if you have a scroll, you cant open it anymore.

I've got a Lightning Mercs scroll, but when i was guild leader and wearing job suit i couldnt summon it.
Dont buy them, Joymax removed the merc scrolls out of the Guild Store, but left the scrolls which were bought already.
