Crit and Block when switching weapon->shield

Crit and Block when switching weapon->shield

For example when you are using a Ghost spear skill, you switch the weapon to shield immediately. Can you weapon crit and you shield block from the monster at the same time?

I dunno, but when I'm fighting with Xbow and want to switch to Daggers it takes me 1-2 seconds..
