Feasible to be a nuker without a monkey/squirrel?

If you are a one hitter build killing mobs in one shot

Then the mobs drops lots of little things

Is it feasible for you to pick them all up without a monkey before someone else runs in -say in the farming areas like bandit den?

At the den no. But for normal areas, I tend to kill, pickup and nuke again. It's not as fast as a monkey/squirrel user, but it works

ehh without monkeys you level so slow as a ranged char.
