i think this is noob question but very importain for me ..... How can i leave guild without accept of guild master?

you can go to the guild manager npc (one is located in donwhang by the storage keepers) and choose Leave Guild.
Keep in mind if you do that, or if the GM bans you while you are online, you have to wait 3 days before being able to join another guild.
It's best if you can find a way somehow to reach your GM and tell him to kick you out of guild while you are offline, saving you those 3 days.
