i`m not sure but i hear that i can take my SP from fire and put them into Lighting ...

You can take the Curst Heart quest from any Pot Store. This can be very expensive and you will only recieve 80% of the SP. A cheaper way to avoid using game gold is buying Reverse Skill Potions from Item Mail, which costs 28 silk to level down 5 skills. Using this method, you will recieve 100% of the SP.

At level 20 a quest becomes available called: the curst heart quest. This quest can be obtained from any potion merchant in town. By converting collected curst hearts to potions you can use them to reduce skill levels and obtain 80% of the sp put into that skill/skill tree.

Doing the curse heart skill also requires gold for each time you level down a skill or mastery, the higher the skill you're leveling down, the more gold it costs.
