ON WHICH LVL GUILD CAN HAVE PIC?
we are lvl 3.
i buy and activate scrroll for pic but we dont have it

im pretty sure that u have to be a lvl 4 guild in order to get a pic, also at lvl 4 u get ur nicknames. in order to get union pic, i think the leader of the union has to be a lvl 5.
