Lvl 65 Looking for a guild where most of their ppl are....

From Europe.. Not because im racist its because my best friends in game are from america and like, half or more, of the time they're on im not so, i wanna find a guild with vent/ts, where their members speak english, dont bot and like to do guild wars, job wars and jobs

I dont mind if the guild lvl is 1 or 4 as long as it meets almost all the things im looking for
