(Venice) The Empire..taken over by a nice person? Recruiting

Yep its true 
All ccf'ers have been kicked or r gone, as well as bots. We r now just a regular guild. Im looking to build it bac up to its former self (Minus the bad reputation) This is my theory...if i just guild people that r lvl 70 they will get bored and leave the game, but if i guild lower lvls they still have a goal which is to get to lvl 70. So chances r ill keep more in my guild fora longer time. Based on that and how i feel about running a guild (and this is not my 1st time) here r the qualifications:
It will not be easy to get into The Empire as I am looking for a "certain Type" of player. Here are the qualifations: ALL NATIONS R WELCOME
1. Must be able to understand and type english- u DONT have to be english.
I have many Viet, egptian, greece, philophine Chinese etc friends.
2. Botting- i dont care if u bot or dont bot. Its ur choice, i have no right telling u how to play ur character. But no this: if u bot be prepared to posibly be banned, and dont come crying to me coz u choose to bot.
3. Be nice, kind respectful and a "helping" type person. Im gathering up "nice " people for this guild.
4. No ksing. Of course I understand accidents happen
5. lvl 52+ or over BUT exceptions will be made. I am looking for the "achiever" type. If u r below lvl 52 and u think u can GRIND to lvl 60 or over than we can talk.
6. Be willing to help ur guildmates...come to thier aid when they ask.
8. It is a thief, hunter, trader guild.
Thats basically it. A website will be up and running and im hoping to get either ts or Vent...but that wont be manitory. I understand some people can type english but they cant speak it. My IGN is Blazeoffury pm plz if u want to talk more about this.
