You're too late. Noc only opens guilds for about 45 minutes now so if you're not a member for those 45 minutes, no guild for you. PM him in-game and he'll give you details on when the next 45-minute-guild event will take place.
But seriously, PM him in-game and he'll hook you up with his guild or another one.
