I spoke with AlmightyG0D, and we are hoping to set up a huge guild war in the near future! One of the biggest wars Troy has ever seen! 2 guilds versus 2 guilds! WE need all the players that we can get to make this work!

I'm one, but I'm one of the few.

With regards to the war: isn't guild war supposed to be between guilds rather than gathering players from all sorts of guilds, temporarily put them in 1 (or 2) guild(s), and then have a war?

I'm always in for any war. but I can already picture a complain of a massive lag if 2 guilds war + other players that will go watch and contribute to more lag.
maybe if the war starts miles away from any town.
but I have no problem, we could war inside Hotan and I can probably handle 1680x1050 with no or little lag.

You're right, but no one will war with their own guilds. People do, however, tend to partake in fortress wars by importing into other guilds. There doesnt hve to be any guild pride involved in what we're hoping to accomplish, just some fun.

Some action is better than none, amirite?

Lag is to be expected, especially if it's suggested to have 4 full guilds partake. This should be no different from the guild wars put together by Blo0dy_H3lL, 5_SIR, SOS, and __Courage__ back at the 80 cap. Yes, people will lag, and that is ultimately the issue of each player. But there are options in the game to reduce the lag. So all in all this should still be fun.. for those that can keep a decent frame rate
