Everyone in the server would know you were a kser and would hate you and bully you in pvp. It was like the biggest taboo. Even if players were botting, at least they had the courtesy to not ks. Now its the complete opposite. Everyone kses eachother and watching all the lvl 90's grinding is just like watching goldbots in a mangyang field.

that was long time ago homie...back to cap 60-70...half of players now has never seen those caps...this topics is for old players only..and yes i remember it,when sro wasnt full of bots,when u could make friends even during lvling ,and when ksers were the only problem for my ice blader:] i miss that time...

ye i agree its like the new trend to ks these days i dont understand it tbh. I would prefer to get the full exp/sxp than half of it. Bring back 70 cap plzz .

Lol yeah I remember the no ks thing that pissed everyone off, I went away from this game for almost a year a few months after 80 cap was out when i came back I noticed a huge change towards ks and noone seemed to care anymore.

But to be honest I alway hated the people that whined about being ks because as far as I was concerned it was part of the game, if it wasnt part of the game then you wouldnt be able to do it, I used to ks in the cave rooms untill people got pissed off and left me alone, especialy if I had my own room and someone started trying to take it over...so Farking anoying lol. sometimes the ks worked and they left, other times it didnt and I only realised sometime later why.. they was botting, I was very naive back in 70 cap.

I moslty find wizs ksing me these days :/

Call me old-fashioned (hell, go for the gold and call me old fart hehehe) but I apologise almost every single time I KS by accident. Too bad 90% of the time I end up apologising to an automated "player".

Meh, you can't get the 70's cap back so live with it.
I have never have a problem with KS. You KS me - i KS you better.
As someone before me stated - it IS a part of the game.
And in cavers it's the most fun to KS in moles... ofcourse if the player is not bot, that the fun of KSing is gone

Now I assume everyone else are bots, and just ks everyone near me

I always hated to be ksed, and i was many times with my old glavier char so i created a new wizard, and now i ks everyone

Since for the majority of my characters' "life" I was a cleric, I was the recipient of a lot of ks. I remember back in 2007 people used to apologize for a ks. Since I switched my main over to bard, I find that I *can* ks a lot more. I only do it to bots though, or when I'm grinding in an area for some time and someone else comes over and tries to ks me.

I will apologize to someone for ks'ing if they're not a bot.

Oh god, anyone remember the days of den farming? Back in the 60 cap when i was serious about den farming.. oh those were the days. The rules were simple: This area is mine, you try to KS my zone and i will KS you to hell and back. So many fights, so much drama

Yeah that times was cool... my 16k farmed SP there were my everything The only guy KSing my +5 sos bow was with +3 SOM

thanks at least you realize there may be a real person playing and show some respect for fellow players
those that ks no matter what are just plain selfish, big deal that its part of game, you can murder in real life, but its still not right
how you play the game here is a good indication of the kind of person you are in real life, thanks for being one of the good ones

that's why it's a lot better to grind in parties this days .
& btw if you find one of those **** wizards who think KS'ing players & annoying them is cool JUST start an auto share party on the spot & invite any one from guild or union or even write "free plvl at XXX" this will make the wizard to leave sooner or later

exactly the same for me.. but the higher lv i get, the less ppl reply

70 cap was best time in sro, so much fun. And I rarely ever ks, I remember some pure int bower ksed me at flowers, dam that really pissed me of. And den farming, omg seems like it was many years ago i farmed 10k and I thougt omg I dont need to farm ever again . My gm reached cap and after some time he told us he have 50k sp, we were amazed

I normally don't try to ks regular mobs from other people. But if it's a champ, party mob or giant I'm gonna ks you

Whenever a guy kept ksing me non stop I would just kill him. Grind off my murder points right there. Most of the time they wont come back. But 70 cap was the shit. (misses his sos 64 spear xD)

OT: Everyone KSes nowadays, its just how SRO is now. Shame, but they aren't going to stop anytime soon; so you have to do what you have to do.
