why i cant get cave quest? with my old char lv 68 i have this Q, but with this 1 i can get it (lv69)

Related Monster
All of Donwhang Stone Cave's monsters Enabling Condition None
Reward Experience points, gold, skill points
as you see there is no enabling condition so whats the problem? and mmosite say same there is no enabling condtitiond

Either there is a limited amount of quests each day or u its related to daytimes in game like Mujigi Quest. Just try again, i remember i dint get it at 1. time too.

i relog with my old char i abandom that Q and i can get it again i relog with Acid i cant get it but i will try day time and night time
