hi guys,i am asking if sox drop is just depend on luck or when u kill very fast u have sox drop, i want to know what it depend on

Well..maybe this is just coincidence, but the longer I grind, the more SOX I find. I've only found 4 sos in my whole gaming experience, about a year and a half. It happens after I've been grinding for 3+ hours, never happens when I just go out there and hey sos drop...

Well .. it's 100% Luck imo :roll:

i had 4 SoX since i started SRo ..

3 Of them Found'em on the Ground

and 1 from a Mob

Correction, its just random

Once i was at my friends house , i ran out Samarkand to the ong, i killed 1 mob and got a sos lv 37 chest piece

Its not about getting them after grinding for 3 hours ,its just random

the reason that i make this topic that i got 3 sos drops tonight and i was killing too fast at bandit stronghold with sos +5 bow i am fill int so i can one hit them with imbue only and so i got 3 sos drops bcz i kill too fast or what?

Random, but if you grind longer, you have a better chance of getting them because you are killing more mobs.

Correct. I am a beast at getting items with blues and getting lucky stones from them but I haven't gotten an sox since the 30's

sos level 24 ring
sos level 25 garms floaty thing
som level 8 crowsbaow
sos level 8 shield chinese

I have been playin since the server sparta came out, when was that?

Don't really think it's just random...

My brother is getting with his main SoS and SoM items like I'm getting maybe blue items. I barely get any good item actually, while he's getting seal stuff. Not fair. <_<

hmmm .... from the server's perspective, every item has its own fixed probability of dropping and it's just a matter of you happen to get lucky when it eventually drops. so naturally, the longer you train or rather the more mobs you kill, the higher the chance you would get a sox drop. so from the player's perspective, it is totally random.

I got an SOS bow from the hyugno ghost soldiers while walking to the grinding area at the ferry.

I killed 3of them and the second one dropped it.

Edit: just got an SOS lvl 32 sword

20 sos garment legs (white tiger)
32 sos ring (scorpion)
52 sos shield chinese (penon)
76 sun glavie (antelope)

I believe your account, when it's created (or character) gets something like a lucky multiplier. May sound stupid, but I really think something like that exists. But still, chances to get a SoX are little.

some guys are just lucky, i know botters, who bot since ages, and never get a drop, infact that just means regardless how long or short u will grind or kill mobs fast or slow, its all complety random with just a lil chance 2 drop it, so call that luck

btw, i did had in 3-4 years sro just 2 SOS drops lol

the laws of attrition, the longer you grind the more likely you'll find one simply based the fact you roll the dice every kill to get one, if you stop grinding you won't get one for sure, if you keep grinding you have a better chance then if you aren't. As simple as that.

I've gotten 2 from my first kill on a server. 1 SoM Shield on Neptune and 1 SoS Ring on Mars. That's it though...
