im thinking of making a plvling character
but dont know which would be better
only gonna get it to 42
wiz with only ice and fire nukes or
rouge with Xbow skills and poison
no sub which would be better to plvl?
not planning on farming so i am restricted to these two choices

XBow has more survivability, but less mass attacks: better solo player

while the wiz relys on the help of others to defeat champions/party monsters/ giants etc.


I'd go wizard because of the mass attacks though: you can pick on big numbers of low lvl mobs

good luck with plvling with a wiz lvl 42 at ongs, he will die if a couple of party's gang you up

A lvl 42 wizard won't be able to survive from the party mob ongs, unless it has a cleric sub. If I were you though, I'd get it to 64 so it can 1 shot the party mobs.

If you really want the double party mob exp, just add a lvl 1 to the party.

64+24+1= 89
89/3= 30 ish

90+24+1+1+1+1+1+1= 120
120/8=15
15=more xp from ong pts

didnt say i was making wiz just asked which would be better a wiz or a Xbow rogue apparently rogue would be better since itll have more hp and defense

If thats the question rouge would be better.

or just do plvl while ur at it to average the total in the party down. for free or for gold ur choice really

Wiz would be better but you're going to need more than just ice and fire nukes. Although I don't know what the level 40 wiz skills are so maybe not. But To my knowledge that's only 1 AOE and Salamander which is semi-AOE. I say Ice + Earth and maybe a little fire added on for those PTGs.

Anyway a lvl 42 wiz would be fine, just get some warrior to buff you and chill or a cleric to give you body blessing. Yeah there's lots of pt mobs, but they will die in about 3-4 nukes. And so they won't have enough time to gang up on you.

Using xbow extreme will make a u a good target for bee rape. 4+ pt mobs and ur screwed.

level it up to 52?

I have used my Chinese 42 nuker (with SOS+4 sword) for powerlevel, and it works really good. PT giants take a while, but PT mobs is no problem. I can have really many on me without getting close to dying.

That's why I said skills? Anyway, the point was he'd only have 1 AOE if he went ice+fire. Hence why I suggested getting Ice + Earth.

Make a chinese nuker, better survavibility or how w/e how you spell it

If you look for a share party at level 1-30.... (Case and point: Kokorus south gate) ... you will get an idiot who cannot speak English immediately run into a safe area and expect a plvl, or just follow you around. Level 52+ was good in terms of getting 1/2 skilled parties
