I dont know what to say. i was pvping with my friend in hotan when i died and lagged. When i res, my character was half laying down and it was flying like a kite. when i attacked, it stood regularly and then when i stopped or in between attacks, my character would lay down. So right when i kill my friend, a message from this GM saying
"Botting structure detected"
O_O
wth, i dont even bot and is what kind of structures do bots have??
and i got scared so i took off my cape and sat there for like 10 mins talking to my friend, who was like

"AHAHAH owned. wait what the hell, you dont bot!"

so i dont know what to do, im lost for words. O_O random ass pm

That gives me even more reason to believe that GM's are active, just not visble.

Pretty weird tho, maybe it happenes to bots a lot and it just happened to you via lag?

Hate to say it but.. pix or it didnt happen besides, why didnt you reply to the GM's pm? Also unless you are connecting using a modified client they wouldnt see a diffrence between you and another player who isnt bugged, and it may also just be you friend doing this:

that may be possible, i dont know. i was using the main client.

the font was weird though, it wasnt justified to the left, but more like centered. so i dont know if some guy or my friend just did it to scare me because when i clicked pms, it wasnt shown in there, just in all.

Sounds like your friend played a prank on you all he did was pm you, put alot of spaces until his chat box was full and then type GM(FROM): and w/e it was he wanted to say, scammers on Zeus have been using this since day 1

GM's don't ban you for bugs like that lol. Even so, wtf you actually think a GM would be online ?


Come on, you should know by now the ban lists are automated and the only REAL bots that get banned are bots who are stupid enough to use the newer generation of clientless bots with important characters.

As long as you are not running a ring of clientless academy nubs or buffers .. you ain't got nothing to worry about ;p

GM messages are always pink, some dude pm'd you saying 'hi' or w/e with lots of spaces so that on the second line it would look like the PM was from a GM when it was just from an another player.

dont lie.... GMs don't give a damn about botters. i was told by a reliable source that they already know who bots and who doesnt from packet analysis and they run the bots thru a silk filter.

of course a very very few silk buyers will get banned too, but buying silkroad will reduce ur chance by 99.8%

I have a feeling buying silkroad will give you a pretty good chance of not being banned aswell...

that friend that you were pvp'ing with... was that a warrior? it's a very common bug when pvp'ing with warriors

We haven't seen or heard GM's in years (not including the weekly spambot), and now this guy would get a PM from a GM saying he bots, while he has a bug that has nothing to do with botting (and one that has been reported to JM dozens of times)

it's just some1 pranking

a friend of mine saw a GM tell a staller for a goldwebsite to close his stall once O.o
though, he dint even ban the noob, and yes, that was screened xD (longggg time ago in jang)

i wish a GM would PM me once, i'dd tell him to come with me to my grinding spot xD "LOOK, BOTS!!!!"

People make bot accusations all the time, because respect is something that died in this community, there is not a single day, where no one accuses/flames someone... And their flame or accusation is usually stupid and based on no evidence what so ever...

I can't see a bot accused here?
