- unblock silkroad firewall, antivirus
- open port 15779 in router
- use 3rd pt program to redirect and trigger port

no idea what that means.
but it did the firewall thing and antivirus thing
and it still doesnt work.

firewall and antivirus are different things
a router looks like a box and it intercepts informations from your telephonic line, then transfer them to your pc.
to setup your router, there's 2 methods possible:
- go to your ISP home page, login to account, and go to the internet configuration page to configure your router. Port forwarding or NAT are to open ports.
- in IE, in address bar, enter the gateway address of your network
