Hi guys, Im masacremonk(IGN, server Alexander) and have been playing sro for over 2 yrs but ill-consistently. This is my second time of thinking about coming back to the game because all other RPG's don't compare to this mmmmmmmmmm lovely game, its just so awsom, the graphics physics and other stuff.

I got a lvl 65 2:1 int nuker which I'm very proud of but as I stated 6 months back before I stopped this game I got hack unfortunately and the hacker donated my 15k sp to teh guild ,deleted all my sweet gear that I've been collecting for so darn long and gave me a pk status the fortunately got me downly only 50%. These kind of things push me away from playing the game and make think twice about playing not to metion the botters taxiers etc...

As I said no other RPG imo has impressed me more than SRO.

So should I go back to playing it? How will I get my gear back, how will I collect the gold to get the gear back, will there be any one to help me retrace my steps? Is any one in this forum nice enough to invite me to their guild??

Please post your thought and opinions and I'm being as honest as I can so no flames and please be mature.

My first suggestion would be to run while you're still capable, but if you insist on trying again, there's a number of options:

1. Replay your old character after properly securing the account against further hacks. Find a good guild with people willing to help you get back on your feet. I'm not sure how bad Alexander is these days, but since I don't play there I can't help you out. Since you already lost all your SP you can just get killed a number of times (perhaps let yourself be ressed by a cleric) so you lose your PK status.
2. Start over. Consider switching to Venus, join a legit guild, and especially with Euro and/or power leveling possibilities you should be back on your feet in no time. Alternatively, feel free to join DirtyDeeds on Troy, and I'll see if I can help you out.

usually people who post here asking if they should play sro or not ends up playing

the fact that you made a post for it means that you're interested enough to start playing again. But after all you might just need some sort of motivation

if you don't mind the grind or bots, sro is a great game

If you decide to get back you will earn money easy, just do ong pwl to earn some gold, shouldnt take to much time.

Altho it depends on the server you're on =p
I don't know anything about alexander XD

better u dont restart...but it depends on ur endurance how long u want 2 handle the bot problem, the inbalanced pvp, bugs, goldbuyer and so on and so on

heh... alex is garbage i was running a bot trap and got killed 3 times by hunters.. who saw what i was doing. full of goldbuying garbage. also the bot company actually suited up and tried to kill me but i dont like it. i only stay for friends.

Sparta oh noes looool, might be some nice people but almost everyone there accepted bots. Sad to say but it's true, currently going to a non botting guild myself. as mentioned before, i WOULD help.... but i too don't play as much as i used to be... sorry buddy >.<

Try Venus...we have a good strong community there...lots of parties for euros and what not

but I've said i'm not the kind of guy to start from lvl 1 after gettin to 65 cuz I dont play alot and relvling to 65 would be very time consuming

not at all.... euro partying is MUCH faster than solo...

in 1 month u can be lvl 70 no prob

O.O 1 month ur jokin right u mean 1 month of playing like a geek (24/7) or a normal 2-3h/day

yes thats what I mean, but i forgot why i got banned in the first place

well it only takes u 1 month to get to 70 with premium =) but its really fast to get to 65
