Has this ever happened to you? And do u know a way to prevent it, or fix it when it happends?
Yesthirday a friend of mine PMed me in skype he gets immediate DC when he starts to grind in Roc MT. I know where he grinds usually, it's my favourite place too, but after a while he stopped pm-ing me so i thought he is ok.
Last night i logged in, went to my place (the same my friend is grinding) and PUFF - DC with the ???? error. Ok, it happends. 15 mins logging in and immediately DC in less than 3 seconds....i started to get pissed...
I've seen this on my BF accound happending in mugigies, he god DC and all of the taxi started DCing like this...but they were ok in like 30 mins...
2 hours later and 3 people trying to log me in from diff PC's - nothing...
So a guy from the UNI suggested to come and murder me, so i can login into Hotan... ok, i told him my X and Y, he was coming... when he came to the place - same story - DC and couldn't login for more than 3 seconds....
I was so pissed, not only me but the guy who was tryind to help me we were both screwed....
1 hour later and 100 more times tryig to login, i managed to stay ingame for more than 1-2 sec, i moved and scrolled.
Like it has never happened....
So WTF is this? Somekind of a black hole? And does someone know a way to fix this error?
Because it's really annoying and i'm not sure it could be fixed anytime...
I had a friend that had this bug for over 5 month, until the 3rd legend update....

I have this bug sometimes too, it usually works (for me) to login on another char thats on the same account ... then the original char will get 'unstuck'

Doesn't worked for me, logged every single characher on the acc 2-3 times, only my main was bugged...

Which spot is it exactly? Screenshots? The words, "that one spot," do not really provide any clarification, and I would very much like to avoid that place.

I don't really have a ss because i was... dc? It was so fast, i didn't even managed to take my HP pots off, so that others could murder me.
But here is a map with the two points i've seen this happening - me at Roc and my BF's char and his academy at Ujigi

Do u think she is lying? I was there she was stucked and she didnt feel really good during this time... Our friend was in that glitch 3 months till his char worked again... She thought same would happen to her so close to the cap...

NO FLAME!Did you really read re7oric's post? he said that he wanted to avoid those places, not that he didn't trusted the topic starter...

And i pass the spot at the mujigis very often, never had any troubles though, also not with taxi.

I have grinded on that spot at Roc for like 2 months straight, because i am farming there, never had a problem. The thing is, however funny it may sounds, some kind of black holes appears from time to time and they cause DC instantly for 15 mins up to 3 hours.

my friend was stuck in the cave for a while ... he couldn't do anything and i've tried logging in on his char and i also got dc'd in like 0.6 seconds with the ??? error

after the server inspection, it was ok again ...

shit happens
