Well I'll try to answer a bit better

If this is really your first character go for a full int or a full str build, they are the easiest to level up. If you go for a full str build take a weapon with high physical damage (glavie, blade). If you go for a full int build take a weapon with high magical damage (spear, sword). Full str chinese characters take mostly garment (they have enough hp to survive without an armour) which gives a better magical protection and better speed. Full int chinese characters take mostly armour to protect their low amount of HP.

You have 300 mastery points and the actual maximum level of a character is 90. You can go for 3 masteries level 90 and 1 mastery level 30, or 2 masteries level 80 and 2 masteries at level 70 or whatever combination of skills that gives a total of 300.

There is no "best" build in the game (all players would take that one). Some builds are good in PVP, others in grinding mobs, others in trading. A nice build to start with is the combination glavie/fire, it's a build that allows to kill monsters without being killed too often yourself except if you have suicidal tendencies and punch constantly on mobs that are too high level.

All characters run out of SP points, so don't start 4 masteries from the start.

if you are playing legit and arent getting powerlvled/farmed,
go for this build.
90 fire 90 glaive 60 ice 60 light. Least sp consuming and most versatile IMO.
Wear garm or prot. Id go garm for faster (speed)
follow some guides too
(thats for pure str)

If you want hybrid spear i reccomend either 90 fire 90 huek 60 ice/light as well OR 90 ice/light/huek 30 fire (but thats more of a light hybrid build).
