So here's my tale, if you don't care, stop reading.

I'm a pure int s/s. So we start of with a 7/8 team with a leader who decided to get the key AFTER the other team had taken the flag and attached it to their pole, we still had 3 mobs left. So we go over there and kill everyone, they come back and kill us cuz EVERYONE follows the stupid team leader to stand NEXT to their spawn door so they all get raped. I'm run back to our spawn, try my best to defend it, killed 2 ppl, than got pwned by the 72+9 glaiver. The other team was made up of 2 nukers and 5 glaivers and 1 blader. I'm 72, other team 71-73 ( i know cuz one of the glaivers was nice and added me to their pt for a few secs ) So anyways, the team leader DC right away, our euro rogue casts bless and runs out and gets 1 shot every time >_>. I get pissed so I left the pt after the team leader got the key. So i'm solo without bless, which i do kind of regret. After awhile, my team is down to me, a bower, and the rogue. I buff up and wait until there was exactly 1 min left. I cast snow shield and RUN past the entire time while they nuke and attack me. I dash every chance i could, and made it to the other room. I turn on ironwall shield and take the flag. 30 secs left I dash back to my room taking all the hits still. Lucky for me no one got a kd or stun in. The 72+9 got close, took my hp down to 1k. I keep running, no time to spam vigors. Made it back and started attaching the flag back. 5 secs left. Blader about to kd, but luckily he attacked the flagpole and not me. BOOM flag is on and match is over XD.

Dunno, that was possibly the best solo match i've ever had on CTF besides the time the other team was nice and let me 1 vs 1 each of them. Just thought i'd share that ^^

So other ppl can comment, Have you guys ever gotten stuck where it was 1 vs 8? I find that i get that alot ><

Yea, people who can stealth/invis camp the flag at the last 30 seconds just so we don't get the win, luckily I've upgraded fire vision to stop that. Pure ints are pretty hard to take down but when you're capped it's sooooo much easier without 89/90 gear. Grats on the win.^^

Can u take the flag back into the safe room? If its possible then it sux...

no person can go back in the safe room after they come out of it....

IMO it's a bug
invisibility or stealth should be turned off as soon as the player has a contact with the flag .

And yeah, most of the time euro wiz or rogue take the flag and hide in a corner. Unfortunately, they can't seem to get the concept of checking the time and waiting for last 30 sec to put it on. Idiots -_-'

That reminds me of my match before too..... As usual my whole team are full of turks and nutcase which has no idea how to play it properly and always go in and attack on their own... Eventually they got spawned camp by the opponents and I was pissed so i stayed invisible in the opponents room holding the flag and kept on changing my location so they weren't able to find me when the flag auto drops at every time interval(I forgot how long) eventually I waited for the time to be less than 40 sec b4 carrying the flag back to my base and first thing I did was to change to cleric rod and group res everybody follow by blessed and I carried the flagpole again and finally attaching it back with 2-3 sec left.... Luckily none of the opponent has PK2 edit of seeing invisible though ;p
It was basically won on my own as well and trust me i can understand the satisfaction =p

On sidenote i wish they do keep record of the CTF victories/loss count and how many times you died or killed somebody. That would be an awesome record to stick with.

I'm Lv65 warrior and constantly keep being put into the 71-73 matches! It's annoying as hell, because If I were in the 64-67 I might just stand a chance.

However I still get some kills because I go for Wizards / Nukers / Clerics etc =D

Yep sometimes you get those idiots that stand in one spot with the flag and invis and I just wait for the flag to 'drop' and I take it lol...

I always hold on to the flag untill the last 15 secs or something, no I don't have invis/stealth since I'm either a glaive or a warrior but atleast people have to go through me before they can get the flag

I havent tested this, but I heard if you bring the flag RIGHT up to the door, and then die, someone else can take it inside the room.

invisibility or stealth should be turned off as soon as the player has a contact with the flag .

nah shouldn't be turned off.. just the flag shouldn't be able to turn invisible with them, so that people would still have to use skills / potions to hit you (Unless they're lamer pk2 editors for invis)

I've tried it to see if joymax forgot that as a flaw, but nope.. they actually did it right. If you try it, it gives you a message something like "That kind of play is restricted".. something like that.
