what quest gets the academy and help window to stop poping up each time you telaport or die..

let me clear something up it is not my sro crashing it is the help menu in sro come up and academy window

Video card drivers, as far as I know.

i get it on my euro noob but not my chinese

cleared up the confusion in the first post.

I dont have it on my euro but i have it on my chinese

i know it is a quest.. just cant find the right one that i missed

I get Academy and Help menu. I presumed there was a point recently in Silkroad where they started opening. Because on one of my first euros (Few days after update), I never had the thing, however now whenever I create a character I get the popups.

Only 1 tiny problem: The general who gives the quest, doesn't give it anymore -.-
(Also, when u read help it says: "Go speak with General Sonhyeon(?), in front of the south gate" - He is close the to west gate, not south... )

Yes those boxes are annoying. I hate having to close them, and the "new item mall item" box, and the "summer festival event" box every time I log in. At least the item mall and festival boxes don't come back after teleporting.

Didn't know you have to do the chinese tutorial. Do you have to do that as a euro too, or do the euro tutorial? I'm not sure they are available anymore after a certain level.

NO, they are not; go make a new chinese char and try to get the tutorial quest...

mine works perfectly fine ^^, and i'm guessing it goes away after your level 40? since you grad from academy at that point?

only the "new" char's have that...

The older characters don't have this problem, the character's made after a certain date (months and months ago) have this problem.

as far as i know there is nothing to solve this...

and Blinxx, the acad window does not go away at level 40, nor does it at level 60 or above...

It's really anoying they should fix it.

Whenever I play on my Euro character, I always get the help window -- although its blank, nothing written there. However, on my Chinese bower, it tells me to go find General Soysauce with Teriyaki Chicken + Fried Rice.

Dunno how to make it stop popping up. I just ignore it and close the windows everytime I port, so its no big deal.
