Press windows key + L, then log into your account, and everything will be fine.

I always change graphics from high to low and back and it fixes.
But yeah, you failed.

fastest way to fix this is removoe your head peice and put it back on, most of the time it's on your head that ends up deforming
always reminds me of the abyss movie

Orrr.... you can open inventory, grab a piece of armor and put it off and on.
