sremu isnt illegal since you cant do anything else then making screens of yourself with shitloads of suns and going to places etc so ...

the emu shouldn't be illegal as it isnt on any of the official sro servers...meaning its not bothering anyway.

so what lvl are those monsters exactly? Can noobs training outside of chin tomb killing those stone lions go in there and get pwned?

No, I believe the level limit for the Chi'in tomb was level 70.
