Gaia When Starting

I am going to make a lot of Chars. on Gaia for the reason to secure some kick ass IGNs.
But when contemplating about Gaia I realized that to start it on day one would suck balls because it would be covered with gold botters.
I remember watching a youutbe vid of a new server and it was impossible to get a kill!
Are you guys gonna start on day one or wait for the swarm to die down?

i'd secure some cool names, and then wait like a week to see how the server is getting on and then decide whether to join or not

eh, idk about impossable, haveyou looked at rev6 idea of olympus for the last few days? i dced on friday and for 2days strait its been 00.00% chance to log in. all the prem+ botters (which is like 98% of the server) want that extra 20% exp i guess for the weekend.
