What would you change...
If you could buy a SRO license and set up your own servers. I'd change the SP rates so that u could make better/funner builds so that the game would be more about PvP than PvE and farming. And i'd remove seal of star/moon/sun

I would edit one of the xbow skills so they cant knock back ppl that are knocked down. I've always hated that skill.

None of the Chinese would even go into the mixed server... Therefore you would have to euro and one Chinese... This game is based on the silk road don't change the whole story line.
That would also ruin trading...

Start ip-banning whoever bots, buys gold, etc etc yada yada, and keep doing it on a very regular base.
Fixing the imbalance between builds and races.
Increase sp rate, maybe exp rate aswell.
Then perhaps more events, and stuff, but the things listed above would be on my priority list.

Increase SP rate so farming isn't required. Its by far the worst part of the game.
Exp rate can stay imo.

Pff everyone is saying increase exp/sp rates. Chances are if you owned your own server, you would keep the exp/sp rates the same. With increased rates, getting to 90 FF wouldn't take so long, therefore less silk would be bought, and less money for YOU! But...yeah i would get rid of Euros by replacing their account with a chinese account the same level of their build choice or something like that
And add more events, and Fortress War every week for 4hours! And..uhm..no Sox!! Yeaaah!!

euros especially wizzies pwn atm but i say hear it out till they stop upping the cap to see if theres a unbalance

2a/ Lower sp costs for Chinese (and lower a litte for Euro

2b/ Increase xp/sxp per mob
3/ Do random event as a GM
4/ Ban bots actively

6/ Add "Guild" for hunters/traders And for Thiefs (when someone registers as a trader/hunter OR thief; he gets added into the respective Guild). This would cause that people can find each other easier when jobbing ^^ (traders find hunters & vice versa; thiefs would be able to call for help easier )
7/ Add a (pvp) Challenge-system to gain points and try to reach rank #1 ^^
-> U can only challenge a player within a certain lvl range, but the GAP also plays a factor; lvl 90ff vs lvl 90 gap9; we all know who will win. Only can duel a player 3 times per 24 hour.
Can challenge as much players as u like; if they are within lvl range.

Most of these ideas are from WoW, not trying to say this game would be alot better if it was like WoW, rather it would be more enjoyable if it had some of it's features.
1- A time limit to how long you can powerlevel, if not no powerleveling at all.
2- Anyone 5 levels above the unique boss (tigergirl, etc) can't touch it.
3- Event prizes that aren't things you can already buy via NPC.
4- A pvp arena system, one that intertwines all players from different servers.
5- Increase server capacity to OVER 9000!!!!!
6- Change the measurement of currency in this game into metric (I.e. 1 gold == 100 silver == 100,000 copper)
7- Quest that DON'T require you to kill the same mob over 9000 times.
8- An area or system that connects all stalls of each town.
9)-Stall network providing you info on who is selling the item and where he or she is located.

balancing euros/chinese wouldnt work IMO, it means either of them gets nerved. Auction house would be good too

That buying skills thing is cool, but you gotta remove gold drops after lvl 20. Also you should invent something that you can gain money by trading/hunting/thiefing. Another thing is that you should only be allowed to attack some1 3 lvls lower than you. If this is the case it would really be something that has to with the ancient silkroad

5. Max online limit (like 12 hours a day, so you can stall but not overnight)
6. Remove euro or decrease its power.
7. Delete Som / Sun, give sos the sun shine.
8. Old Job system, but you have to put on the suit in town
9. Bug fixes
10. Fix other annoyances.

bugs, bots, powerleveling, a bit higher success rate with alchemy, and no som\sun because they kill the game.
