Heya ppl. As i made a new char (full str. archer) i skipped the chineese tutorial quest. Now im lvl 48 and every time i die or teleport the help file shows up and tells me i have to go to general Sonheyon or so. When i go i have only the "end conversation" option. Also when i teleport ,die etc. alongside with the help file, the academy window pops up ( i joined academy at lvl 2 and now im a guardian helper in it). How to make this 2 things not to show up every time. Thx

You can't it's just a game bug. Annoying as hell, I know.

for chinese, they have been unavailable for new chars

Use the 'search' button ffs. This question has been asked a 1000 times already. Nothing can be done, just send bug report to joymax and hope they ever read it. BTW just five random posts i found using search button, discussing same problem as u:
