soo.. i was just reading that old topic sylhana posted bout 5 lamest excuses.. yes they're lame but someone posted that f12 was a lame too? O_o

i dont quite understand howcome f12 wud be considered a "lame excuse" if someone accuse you of botting.

i personaly grind with f12. sro runs smoother, i have memorized my whole skill bars so its like.. what..?

If someone is standing there for 10 minutes, or is going purple on you ... and you say "I was in F12"... thats a lame excuse.

I don't use auto pot so I can't use f12....+ I like to talk to people

I've had time when I get dozens of responses via whispers while I was using f12, my guild persecuted me for hours trying to see if I was legit or not.

Then maybe you should go, and you know, get it. It works very well IMO.

I dont see how people can grind in f12 mode. I use the mini map a lot when grinding, it saves a lot of time having to scrool around looking for new mobs ( high spawn areas + range = not having to move and just standing in one spot targeting mobs )

Also when party grinding i need it there just incase people wanna say something in party chat.

party grinding is different.

i f12 on my glaive at goats.. its like 2 skilling them and in that time i can turn camera and aim for the new one .. pick up pet does the rest.. but yeah.. ot i just think its not that lame of a excuse saying you were using f12.. but i check caht once in awhile o_O

i use f12 sometimes but i like to see when skills are ready and my hp and mp and the mini map or if party needs reform.

in my guild if sum1 is caught botting a few of us go wher they are and stand over him typing HELLO now.... if your lvl 30 and a lvl 90 walks over you with a +7 s/s fully buffed you are bounded to notice it. then we hit them a few times but you gotta b carefull you dont pk them ( i pked a guild member that wasnt botting accidently... didnt go well in guild)

I'm used to play with my chats closed when my GT is running....
And a lot of people from my guild do the same,
just because we don't wanna be disturbed at that time...
You say in guild that we are away from the chats and everyone know that we have GT's at that time...
Ofcourse i check the chat from time to time, but i don't really answer anyone, sayin just "hi" or somethin like that, because it distracts me from the grinding ^_^

F12 in caves wasn't a big deal. F12 in a wide open area it is, because of the spawn is far apart and the mini map comes in use.

F12 sucks.
Cant see cooldowns and thats rly rly important when luring.

I F12 when farming,some loud music and some beer and im away....


Altho people usually come and hasle me if they need me, NO one enters my farming spot without a spanking... I by and large ignore everything while there. I dont see the big deal its blatently obvious when someone is botting, if they are just not replying they could be;

A. Pissed
B. Pissed off with someone
C. Pissing


Just go and check, I always stop to say hi to guild and uni members when I see them. I think by and large everyone does.

i doubt it actually does...
because the game renders the 3d underneath it anyway... try running around and then moving the inventory window... the 3d stuff runs at the same speed... my inventory window is actually the one that lags lol..

oh really.. i just .. thought it runs smoother since usualy when for example if you go and phantom in say dw you cud lag and dont see the green line but if i turn f12 on at dw i cud see it more often lol, and it applies when im at goats too i just seem to lag a bit until i turn f12 off.

i just assumed that f12 wud make things smoother.. + it clears distractions... get that gt out of the way fast as possible imo.
