Job update dream

Dont ask me why, i have no idea why i had a dream about sro lol. But anyway it made sense. Guilds for jobs. For example hunters and traders have their own guilds, thiefs have their own. "Job contribution points" would be equivalent to GP. This would be used for items such as Behemoths, Lizards etc, to make the fortress transports available for more people. When you turn into job you are able to see your guild and stuff. What do you guys think about my wacky dream

?

Wont that force players to join certain guilds instead of others even if they dont want to join them?
Iam also guessing people without a guild can do anyjob, this will incourage people to NOT join a guild.

That's why you give players Incentives to joining a Job specific Guild. Even without programmed restrictions most Unions are limited to one color of the job spectrum.

Not really, most guild i joined(not in venus) were basically do any job you want, just DONT attack another guild/union members.Since guild want more players to join their guild, when they recruit they say any job is accepted to get people who havent decided yet get in or people who are any job get in.

Then whats the point of jobbing? Say youre a thief and you see a 10* trade. Your first instinct is to rob it, but its Union, and you cant for fear of reprecussions -- and the only thing left to rob is lowbie 1 stars which is not that fun. I say Job is Job; Union is Union. Once you got that Job suit on, youre no longer considered Union until you take it off. I dont know about anyone else, but thats Dynastys Union policy and it works just fine; we have no arguements about our hunter/trader guilds complaining about getting robbed by the thief guilds that are both in our Union. Its all in the risk that the fun of jobbing is present: trading to make it rich, or to fail miserably and get robbed; or even fight back to take back your goods that got stolen from you, or the thrill of getting away with loads of loot. Not to mention, that policy helps stop the dumb Job Wars in front of safe zone areas which in my opinion, is just glorified cape PvP. If you want to do that as a team, get some party PvP going with capes, not in your job suit.
