Hey guys is their any site, which allows you to choose any lvl of a skill and it tell you what it does? I need some information. For example the site konpaku ( spelled it so wrong) that's what im exactly looking for. Thanks!

wel if what your looking for is a character builder which i can see isnt what ur looking for i think mmosite.com has a decent one and there is the dydens one u can search google for

personaly my fav char builder is dydens cause its slightly higher graphics than the rest
