Yeah so uh, my friends accnt got hacked by his own friend.. real life that is,, and that sucks..
Well, i wanna know that if i want to e-mail joymax about it, and coz he usually bought silks i think they will give it attention? or soemthing coz silk-buyers are a priority for themm afaik :p
so, where should i contact them?

It doesn't matter how much silk was purchased, Joymax won't help "hack" victims.

My account got hacked somehow, and the pw is still the same, i can access it anytime and so does the hacker, and the issue with me was that i cant change the pw since i dont remember what i kept for my secret answer, i tried contacting joymax with 3+ emails and 2+ bug reports, and event tried calling them but it always was on the answering machine, i also bought silk before being hacked, my request was just to reset the password and send to the default account e-mail "which its my e-mail", but still no replies or any hopes, so i think its just a waste of time trying to contact them, or you get better luck than me or something.

haha i can remember in skl i had a friend who was short and skinny, really weak kid but nice nd we were friends nd stuff but he played WoW and i played SRO.
his brothers used to watch him play wow and asked him if they could play (younger brothers 12yrs old twins) and they basically played when he didnt.
One day, my m8 pised off his brothers so they told their friend his account name and pass and he got hacked xD
there was a lil fight in skl between like a 16 yr old and a 12 year old and my m8 got OWNED! funnist thing was when sum1 asked me what the fight was about i had to tell them that they had a fight over world of warcraft hahaha!
lesson of the day: dont let bro's play on ur sro account if they annoy you

when you get hacked from giving out your information
Joymax will not change things back to you
it is a violation of your terms of service to give out your information
so it does not matter how much silk you have bought

This is for a different reason, this is regarding chargeback. Which in rare cases, the ban has been known to be lifted if you send the silk back to Joymax. However, i stand by my word;

ooh and btw, if his friend hacked him, then he should just keep smacking his friend till he gives the account back and if hes weaker then his friend he should just start over ^^

If hes smaller than his friend...
Solution.
Step 1. Get a dagger, guns might work but sharp objects are more fun.
Step 2. When his friend least expects it put it to his throat.
Step 3. "Account or dead"
If he thinks he wont do it and that has not worked.....
Step 4. Apply just enough pressure to make it slightly bleed but don't kill him!
step 5. He should start talking.
If that does not work...
Step 6. Remove it from his throat and cut off his balls.
Step 7. If you have to do step 6 that reaction you get makes it completely worth not getting your account back. Just remember to record step 6 and post it all over the internet.
