I hear that more...I got 2 or 3 items with 100% parry...all 7D, too bad 100% parry at 7d doesnt add much, maybe 1 or 2 parry. At 8d it starts to matter.

My phy/mag def are better though
...i would try for 61%+ on the parry but assimilation has been KILLING me lately
