Well my build now is 90 Bow/Fire 60 Light/Cold. I was thinking to be unique and go 90 Bow/Fire/Light pretty sure id be the only PURE STR force bower on the server. I would have to sacrifice either light or cold and take one of them to just 30. I'm pretty happy with my build right now but im wondering if it would be even better with force. Is it worth to sacrifice all the buffs from light since cold doesnt really matter except for the snow shield that sometimes comes in handy? I will probably stay with my build until somebody convinces me

EDIT: Oh and yes i got the SP, even though i was hoping to save it for 100 cap....

just decrease the dmg with the non crits and increase the dmg of the crits

anyways, I think you'll be happy with the switch. do 90 bow 90 fire 90 force and 30 light

Yea, let me just delvl fire to 30, get light to 90, force to 90, and somehow change my stat points

...i dont mean to flame you but im already lv.90

also do you play sro? I barely see ANY force bowers. They are very scarce

oh and huejas I didnt mean for you to switch to hybrid >.> notice when i said just decrease the dmg from the non crits and increase the dmg from the crits when u see the vids to have an idea of what your build will be like damage wise

Hmm, i see you edited....well, this is how i see it:

-im really gonnd miss the phantom and buffs from light(lv.60)
-with some extra mp from force passive, i think 30 cold would be nice for the snow shield
-its only really gonna be good for 1vs1 pvp...and i guess the rez will help sometimes a little but yu gottta hate the REZZZZ plzzzz all the time

ok on topic o.o :: light wont do as much damage as fire though, but the debuffs will cover it up
but as u have ranged attacks, i dont think u need light, fire is much better as it gives u mag defence and phy att increase, thats what u need.. u can sacrifice parry for more damage, and speed is sold at herbalist :o

archers need more sp than glaivers right? im thinking of switching to bow right now. im 70% almost done with farming my glaiver, but im kinda bored with being a glaiver, i wanna try force archer for a change

I switched to force few days ago my build was also planned as pacheon/fire/light 90, but now I'm taking pacheon/fire/force 90. I'm atm 64. But I love the damage increase from the debuffs. And it's also very handy in party play.

force can be helpful but just remember that if ur fighting a group w/ a cleric & he has holy word or spell or w/e that is...makes your force totally useless

What are some advantages and disadvantages of force full str bow?

Pros:
- You get a bit more MP due to passives (just do your alchemy ffs)
- You can res your cleric when he's dead (what a useless cleric)
- You can heal people and cure abnormal stats (that's why we have pills for and we're Chinese with no cooldowns)
- I can't think of any (way too little advantages)

Cons:
- It doesn't increase dmg or def as in a good, solid, useful buff
- It doesn't increase parry or block ratio or anything
- It's a waste of SP where you could have got 90 for other trees
- You don't get any imbue for the tree
- Its overall just a useless tree whereas you're bow and you should be dishing out some serious dmg

-Easier to plvl friends because of ress and harmony therapy

- It doesn't increase parry or block ratio or anything >> first 2 books decrease parry and attack rating of the opponent (works always)
- It's a waste of SP where you could have got 90 for other trees >> Why is it a waste?
- You don't get any imbue for the tree >> That's why you will have fire.
- Its overall just a useless tree whereas you're bow and you should be dishing out some serious dmg >> Debuffs.

Oh and behind the Pro's you also say something that is a con. That's why I gave answer on that one too.

Disagree.
Force was meant to be a support tree imho.
And bow is a support build too. Lets forget the 1v1 pvp, from the moment europe came in.

Force bowers are far from scarce. They are more common than a generic light ice fire bower, at least on Aege anyways. Theyre as common as force glaivers. The only uncommon build I've seen is a force nuker which a friend of mine runs http://www.rev6.com/player.asp?id=215061 . The build is 90 Fire, 90 light, 90 force, 30 ice. Which is far from bad. The dmg he deals out is ridiculous. If you've seen ksro videos, most of the nukers have a low snow shield but can still tank a decent amount, enough to support.

More ontopic:
A force archer is a really good build. Not because its a chinese healer but because of the debuffs. Dont worry too much about the heals and let a cleric do that part. With the debuffs you pratically become a warlock, bower and the dmg with the debuffs and crits are always high. I have to disagree with the cons that millenium posted.

And the last two are impotent and division. You can stack all these debuffs and leave your opponent with the defense of a lvl 80 (Being 90).

No, it is not useless. You can still debuff your opponent using level 9 force debuffs, but at a lowered % of success. With your build I see two problems:

1. pacheon + force has bad synergy: opening attack with a debuff reduces your first strike advantage and distance over the opponent
2. special pill spam to remove multiple debuffs: as long as this bug remains, you need to work around it or at least remember not to spam all your debuffs all at once

What I do like about any pure strength force user is you could just equip a shield and use self heal with or without a vigot pot, and you could tank almost anything.

lmao, dude holy spell & holy word gives 100% resistance 100% & it goes up to lvl 9 maxed at lvl 90 cap, durdurdur, no matter how much u wanna try & spam division, weaken, disease, impotent, all you'll see is "resist" all the farking time.

like i said, force is great 1v1 or against ppl who dont got a nice lil lvl 86 or so cleric to use holy word/spell on em, until u meet a cleric, then u wanna delete ur char so bad, cuz you'll b doin gay azz dmg w/o debuffs

Well, poseidon pure str bows lvl90 which I know: me, ALoNE_HeRo(just made 85+10 bow -_-), _CUTE_GIRL_, X_Rain, 3__Brothers, oO_JoJo_Oo, ExcusE, _M_A_K_, SKiLLZ, ILASTWarrioR, MrSmoke, THE__DEVIL, nightmare048, MissChina and some randoms. These are who actually pvps and who I remember.

Im farming little bit more atm and going pacheon 90/fire 90/cold 70/light 50. I think _M_A_K_ and X_Rain are force bows, nightmare048 is for sure and his ff too. And yeah server is so dead anyways, hard to see ppl in dw south or any good job action cause many are still farming and botting suns.

72 ice / 48 light is better, IMO. 50 light gives you nothing. 72 ice gives you more defense =]
