no pics but now that ive got your attention...

i just reached lvl 71 and it said theres a niya gaurds quest given to u by the hotan blacksmith. but when i go to him, i dont see it

its called last bet i think? how do get this quest?

My best guess is that you have to do another quest so that you can do that one. (A low level quest maybe)
