Is this guy implemented yet?

Cuz i searched around EoF and couldnt find him

Found this somewhere: "A member of Evil Order who sells valuables stolen by pirates to merchants. He makes a deal with the merchants inside the Evil Order fortress."

i've found the place where he should be, but he isn't there so i guess he isn't implemented yet

Theres Bargain Good NPC all over.

Theres:
1 at JG Bandit Den
1 at Robber Den in DW
1 at Taklamakan
1 at Rok Mountain

and then apparently the one at Evil Order Fortress (EOF) is not implemented yet for some unknown reason.

i think that is a bargaing npc and not implemented yet ( oh thats soo weird) ¬¬ other advantaje about ksro over isro :(
