anybody know how to block the guys with names like _lll_52_lll_ ?? guy keeps spamming me asking for pwr lvl....

Trial and error

Lets say someones name is lllIIIIllll

Now pm him, in your box it will appear as llllllll

Now delete the last letter and replace it with a l or I. Once you do this, pm him. If the message is sent, write down what the correct letter was.

Rinse and repeat 12 times and you can ban anyone.

^thats too much work lol... just follow the guide for changing I and L look. i did it a few months back, now i dont have any problems blocking those pesky spammers in town ^^

Personally i would rather not change the font, it seems to ruin the sro feel for me. I like the sro font, its a part of what makes the silkroad experience what it is. If you change it.. i dunno... it seems to take away such a nice part of the game for me.

Same, if JM could make the new font smoother i'd be ok, but the patch just seems so random and ugly. If you going to fix the font, might as well fix the shortcut bar and make it cooler looking... hell might as well add the pk2 invi/stealth cheat...

i have the modified pk2 edit to change from english to korean so the I/l look different and also the height was lowered so it doesn't stand out as much

12 times? i don tthink so thers much more combination than that and it can take uminutes or hours.

Silkroad could use a new look and a new font. Just as long as it doesn't end up looking like other mmorpgs out there.

go lllllllllll > insert a L here< if its right, you know the last letter of his name (you have to pm him while they spam)
then llllllllll> insert L here< > the known letter of either I or l)<
